I’ve spent 27 years serving in the United States Air Force, specifically in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard. My role as a Master Sergeant involves specializing in aircraft maintenance as a KC-135 crew chief, leading maintenance operations for aircraft 580077. My military career has taken me to over 40 countries, with travels spanning from Australia to the North Pole.

The pride I have for my unit, and every unit I’ve served in, inspired me to create Mach Merch. I saw a need for high-quality merchandise that represents our unit pride, something that wasn’t readily available. We started small, making T-shirts for just our squadron. But as I visited other units, people would ask where I got my shirts and hats. That’s when I realized we could expand this idea to other units across the United States military, including the Army, Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard.

At Mach Merch, we offer a variety of products like shirts, hats, and drink tumblers, allowing service members and their supporters to show off their unit pride. Our mission goes beyond just selling merchandise. Profits often go towards family day functions and other activities that benefit the unit. By making our products available to the public, we also help with recruiting efforts. High school students and others see our gear at events, sparking their interest in what we do and potentially leading them to join the military.

I’m passionate about what I do and committed to supporting my fellow service members. With Mach Merch, I aim to provide a way for military personnel to express their pride and for supporters to show their appreciation, all while fostering a sense of community and support within our units.
